The package itself will only include a Packing Slip which doesn’t show any price information, but confirms all other details of your order.

An invoice/confirmation email which does include billing information will be sent direct to your email address when you complete checkout. This is to be kept for your own records.

All orders ship USPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way to you.

Here at JeWild we hand make each and every piece of jewelry in our studio. Once we receive your order it will ship within 2 to 4 business days. 

Sometimes, packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them off–––frustrating, we know!

You may receive your order within 5 business days after your tracking has been updated to delivered.

We use tracking on all shipped packages since these things happen. If the package is scanned as delivered, but not actually received by you then we will re-ship once at a 50% discount. 

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will re-ship once at no cost to you.

All the stones used in our pieces are high-quality natural stones. We aim to avoid using dyed stones and will indicate if a stone is dyed in the product description.

Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Do not clean plated jewelry with chemicals, instead gently wipe with a damp towel.

All sales are final, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to accurately display and describe each piece of jewelry through detailed photos. Please note that items may vary slightly due to the unique nature of each stone and differences in screen coloring.

That being said, we want you to love your jewelry and be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us. While we generally do not accept returns, we will do our best to address any concerns you may have. If a return is accepted, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.

Depending on the device you are using and the screen brightness settings, colours may vary from one screen to another. Besides the light when we photograph each piece. Remember that although we try to keep the photography as close as possible to the actual colours of the jewellery, there may be a slight variation in the piece itself.
